- Approximate route or city, but avoid sending sensitive addresses unless needed.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the problem.
Safety guidance
Set up your destination before driving. Do not type, troubleshoot, or change app settings while operating a vehicle. Obey real-world road conditions, posted signs, traffic controls, and instructions from public safety officials.
Waytale AI is not an emergency service. For emergencies, call local emergency services.
Troubleshooting
- No location: check iOS Settings, confirm Location Services are enabled, and allow location access for Waytale AI.
- No audio: confirm narration is enabled, device volume is up, Silent Mode/Focus settings allow audio, and Bluetooth output is connected as expected.
- No route: confirm the destination is valid, network access is available, and try a more specific address or place name.
- Story sounds wrong: send feedback with the route context and what felt inaccurate, robotic, unsafe, or unhelpful.
