1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC for Waytale AI, Waytale, the Waytale website, mobile app, beta programs, audio narration, support services, and related features. By accessing or using Waytale AI, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Waytale AI.
2. Ownership and intellectual property
Waytale, Waytale AI, the Waytale logo, product design, software, website, copy, audio experience, generated product structure, and related brand elements are owned by Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from Waytale AI except as allowed by law or expressly permitted in writing by Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC.
3. Navigation and driver safety
Waytale AI provides route guidance and audio storytelling for convenience and travel enrichment. It is not a substitute for your judgment, traffic laws, posted signs, road closures, weather conditions, emergency alerts, or instructions from public safety officials.
- Do not interact with the app while driving unless it is safe and lawful.
- Use hands-free audio where possible.
- Always obey real-world road conditions over app instructions.
- Do not use Waytale AI for emergency navigation or autonomous vehicle control.
4. AI-generated narration
Waytale AI may use artificial intelligence to create route narration. AI content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular context. Waytale AI is designed to use verified route context where available, but narration should be treated as informational and entertainment-oriented, not professional advice.
You should not rely on AI narration for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or travel-risk decisions.
5. Beta services and availability
Some Waytale AI features may be offered as beta, preview, TestFlight, prototype, or early access services. Beta services may be incomplete, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We may add or remove features, limit access, reset data, or change supported regions as the product evolves.
6. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use Waytale AI in a way that violates law, harms others, or creates unsafe driving behavior.
- Interfere with, overload, probe, scan, attack, or bypass security controls for Waytale AI or its providers.
- Use automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse engineering against the app, website, API, or content.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content through support or beta channels.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Waytale AI, Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC, Apple, Google, map providers, or any third party.
7. Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions
Waytale AI may offer free, beta, paid, subscription, or in-app purchase features in the future. If paid features are offered through Apple platforms, purchases may be processed through Apple and may be subject to Apple terms, payment rules, refund rules, and App Store policies.
8. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, route feedback, narration feedback, or other comments, you grant Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve, market, and operate Waytale AI without obligation to compensate you.
9. Third-party services
Waytale AI may depend on third-party services for maps, routing, geocoding, AI narration, hosting, diagnostics, email, analytics, app distribution, and related infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
10. Disclaimers
Waytale AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, route errors, traffic incidents, or reliance on AI-generated content.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enterprise ID Solutions, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Waytale AI, violation of these terms, violation of law, unsafe use, or infringement of rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Waytale AI if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Waytale AI at any time.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in Virginia will have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
